We offer free standard shipping across India on all prepaid orders.

  • Estimated delivery: 5–9 business days depending on your location.

  • Express delivery options may be available at an additional charge.

3. International Shipping:
Ishmeet Luxe Studio ships worldwide.

  • International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

  • Customs duties and import taxes (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.

4. Order Tracking:
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your order’s journey.

5. Delays:
While we strive for timely delivery, unforeseen factors like customs delays, courier issues, or natural disruptions may extend delivery times.


Return & Exchange Policy

At Ishmeet Luxe Studio, every piece is handcrafted with precision and love. We ensure the highest quality standards, but if you are not completely satisfied, here’s how we can help:

1. Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges:

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

  • Returns are not applicable on customized, made-to-measure, or sale items.

2. How to Initiate a Return/Exchange:
To request a return or exchange, please email us at ishmeetboutique@gmail.com with your order number, item details, and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

3. Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your item, refunds (if approved) will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • In some cases, you may receive store credit for future purchases.

4. Exchange:
We are happy to offer size or style exchanges for eligible items based on availability.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing images/video for prompt assistance.
